Atlas vs Vincere
AI included, or AI added on top of the licence

Vincere — now Access Vincere Evo, part of The Access Group — is a broad recruitment operating system with the deepest temp back office in this comparison. Its own homepage sets out the model: license the CRM per user, then add AI Smart Packs on top, from £25 to £349 per agency per month. Atlas includes the AI in the seat price because there is no version of Atlas without it. See full review

Is Atlas the right move for your agency?

// Choose Atlas if…

You want the AI in the platform, not in a pack

  • You want AI that arrives with the licence rather than with a tier
  • Your value is relationship depth, and conversations need to be captured, not just scored
  • You want a vendor whose only product is the one you use

// Choose Vincere if…

Temp and contract back office is your business

  • You need timesheets, invoicing and pay-and-bill inside the ATS
  • You have high headcount and modest AI needs, where per-agency packs are cheaper
  • You want the backing of a large software group

How a Vincere migration actually runs

Four stages, run by the Atlas team, with a parallel-run week before Vincere is switched off. You get the dated implementation plan before any data moves.

  1. Map your existing setup

    Every Vincere field, custom field, pipeline stage, saved search and report requirement is mapped to its Atlas equivalent. Nothing moves until you sign off the map.

  2. Move all your data

    You validate the staging workspace first. After sign-off, records are moved to production, indexed for search and reconnected to their files.

  3. Validate before going live

    You validate a full copy in a sandbox against agreed record counts and spot checks. Corrections are made and re-run before production.

  4. Go live on your terms

    Both systems run side by side while your team gets comfortable with Atlas. Vincere is switched off only when everything is validated and you’re ready.

Recruiters who used Vincere, in their own words

We were one of their first customers, so we’ve been with them a long time and we’ve got a very good deal with them. But since they’ve been taken over by Access, it does feel it’s not as good as it once was.
