Atlas vs TrackerRMS
Sourcing to payroll in one system, or one memory

TrackerRMS — marketed as Tracker — has run temp and contract staffing since 2005, from sourcing through invoicing, timesheets and shift scheduling, with customer service its customers rate 4.8 out of 5. Its AI is a content layer on that core, its agent has carried a beta label for more than a year, and parsing, search and note-taking come from partners. Atlas built the AI in and includes it in the seat price.

  • GDPR compliant
  • In-house TrackerRMS migration

Is Atlas the right move for your agency?

// Choose Atlas if…

You want the AI to be the foundation

  • Finding, capturing and acting should be native, not a content layer plus partners
  • Conversations should be captured and searchable, not typed into fields
  • You want a vendor whose AI is shipping rather than in beta

// Choose TrackerRMS if…

Front office and back office in one operational system

  • Timesheets, invoicing and shift scheduling inside the ATS are your business
  • Responsive human support is the deciding factor
  • You post at volume across 1,000+ job boards and want a mature open API

How a TrackerRMS migration actually runs

Four stages, run by the Atlas team, with a parallel-run week before TrackerRMS is switched off. You get the dated implementation plan before any data moves.

  1. Map your existing setup

    Every TrackerRMS field, custom field, pipeline stage, saved search and report requirement is mapped to its Atlas equivalent. Nothing moves until you sign off the map.

  2. Move all your data

    You validate the staging workspace first. After sign-off, records are moved to production, indexed for search and reconnected to their files.

  3. Validate before going live

    You validate a full copy in a sandbox against agreed record counts and spot checks. Corrections are made and re-run before production.

  4. Go live on your terms

    Both systems run side by side while your team gets comfortable with Atlas. TrackerRMS is switched off only when everything is validated and you’re ready.
