Describe who you’re looking for in plain language, and the system builds the search for you. You can still set filters manually if you prefer, but you’re never forced to.
Can I use People Search if I have custom fields in my database?
Yes. When using AI text to search, you can instruct the talent search software to consider your custom attributes specifically. By default, it focuses on standard profile data, so you need to ask for custom attributes explicitly if they’re relevant to your search.
How does Atlas handle vague or context-heavy searches?
Very well. If you reference something like a funding stage, a career milestone, or a general seniority level, the system resolves that context into concrete search criteria automatically. You can review the filters it generates before running the search, and adjust anything that doesn’t look right.
