Every Bullhorn field, status, pipeline stage, saved search and reporting requirement is mapped to its Atlas equivalent. You review and approve the map before anything moves.
Your data is migrated through a controlled process. We agree what moves, preserve your record structure and validate every field before production.
You validate a complete copy against agreed success criteria. Any exceptions are corrected and checked again before the production switch.
Both systems run side by side during the agreed parallel week. Bullhorn is switched off only when your team is confident and ready.

Bullhorn is still very labour intensive. We’ve got it all coded up correctly… I’m sick of doing some of the mundane tasks. I feel like I’m spending a lot of time navigating so many different platforms.
Every time I wanted to add an industry I had to email Bullhorn to get them to do it from their side. It was about four weeks for every single one. It seemed like they just weren’t built for what I wanted to do.
Bullhorn do a good job and they charge you for it. But I’d prefer to take this opportunity to look at something like Atlas.
Atlas is an AI-native ATS and CRM with AI built in, powered by Total Memory across every call, email, note and document. Bullhorn has deeper back office, reporting and a larger marketplace, but its AI, automation and analytics are separately quoted modules on a base licence.
