Four stages, run by the Atlas team, with a parallel-run week before Loxo is switched off. You get the dated implementation plan before any data moves.
Every Loxo field, custom field, pipeline stage, saved search and report requirement is mapped to its Atlas equivalent. Nothing moves until you sign off the map.
You validate the staging workspace first. After sign-off, records are moved to production, indexed for search and reconnected to their files.
You validate a full copy in a sandbox against agreed record counts and spot checks. Corrections are made and re-run before production.
Both systems run side by side while your team gets comfortable with Atlas. Loxo is switched off only when everything is validated and you’re ready.

Loxo looked great at the start, but I’m not really using it now because it’s just become an absolute mess very quickly. It automatically adds people and companies for you when you don’t ask it to.
Loxo’s really good. It’s fine for candidate management, but it’s really got no features for the client side of things. It’s all candidate-focused — you don’t have client cards. I didn’t even realise this until I started using it.
It does not do what it says it’s gonna do. I’ve been hearing a lot about Atlas, mainly through the podcast — a lot of the guests are Atlas users — and being disappointed with Loxo’s rollout, I thought let’s just have a demo.
Atlas is an AI-native ATS and CRM built on Total Memory — everything your team says, hears, reads and writes — with the AI included in the seat price. Loxo’s strength is its owned talent graph for sourcing outside your network; Atlas’s is exploiting what your firm already knows.
