CoRecruit integration for Atlas
The CoRecruit connection is available in Atlas today. Conversations captured by CoRecruit sync into Atlas as structured notes on the matching candidate or client record. Capture covers video meetings, mobile calls, VoIP, and conversations in person. Branded candidate submittals generated from the call itself land on the record too. It runs alongside the native Atlas AI Note Taker rather than replacing it.

What CoRecruit does
CoRecruit, formerly Quil, is an AI assistant built for recruitment firms. It automates interview notes, ATS updates, and candidate submittals.
The product connects to Google Calendar and Outlook, detects upcoming interviews, and starts capturing without anyone pressing a button. It covers video meetings, mobile and VoIP calls, and in-person conversations, then writes them up against the firm's templates. CoRecruit also publishes native mapping for more than 40 ATS platforms, plus consent, redaction, and regional storage controls.
What changes in your day
A consultant takes a first candidate call from the parking lot between client visits. That conversation was never going to reach the CRM in full. The call is captured on the mobile, and the write-up is waiting when they get back to a desk. Most recruiting happens on the phone, and phone calls are the conversations that leave no trace.
Client visits are the same problem in a different room. A meeting in a client's office produces the best information anyone on the desk gets that week. It usually survives as a few lines and a memory. Captured in person, it arrives on the client record as a structured note.
A consultant hangs up and moves straight to the next call. The note is already on the candidate record it belongs to, in fields rather than one block of text. No one copies a summary out of one tool and pastes it into Atlas. No one works out at the end of the day which record it belonged to.
Six weeks later, someone else on the team opens that note before a client call. Every consultant develops their own shorthand, and each is the only person who can read it. Notes captured through CoRecruit follow the templates your firm sets. A call logged by a new starter reads the same way as one logged by your top producer. It also means a search across the database returns records written in the same language. When that desk changes hands, the history is still usable.
A client asks for the write-up on the two candidates you discussed. The submittal is generated from the call itself, in your firm's branding. It lands on the record before anyone opens a document to format one. Nobody rebuilds it by hand, and nobody sends a version that drifts from the note.
How to turn it on
Switching it on takes an account on each side. You need a live CoRecruit subscription, with capture already running for the consultants who will use it. On the Atlas side you need admin rights to authorize the connection.
CoRecruit sits under AI and data on the Atlas integrations page. Our team handles enablement rather than leaving it to you. Contact Atlas support when you are ready, and we will confirm what CoRecruit needs first.
There are pages on Claude Connector and Broadbean that answer the same questions about those tools.
CoRecruit FAQ
Do we still need CoRecruit if Atlas has its own AI Note Taker?
They overlap. Firms that have already standardized their write-ups and submittal formats in CoRecruit keep that output and sync it into Atlas. Firms without that history usually stay with the native Atlas AI Note Taker.
Does CoRecruit capture phone calls or only video meetings?
Video meetings, mobile calls, and VoIP calls are all covered, along with conversations recorded in person. That coverage is the main reason a firm adds it. First candidate calls, reference checks, BD calls, and follow-ups happen on the phone, and video-only tools never see them.
Where do the notes end up in Atlas?
On the record they belong to. Structured notes and custom fields sync onto the matching candidate or client record, and branded candidate submittals generated from the call arrive the same way. Nothing sits in a separate inbox waiting to be filed.
Can we control how notes are written up?
Yes. CoRecruit uses custom templates, so every consultant's output matches the standard your firm sets. The template governs the write-up regardless of who took the call, which keeps the database consistent. Standardization across consultants is one of the main reasons firms run it.
What does the integration cost?
CoRecruit is billed by CoRecruit, so that side sits on their commercial terms. How the connection is covered on the Atlas side depends on your plan, and a demo is the fastest way to get a straight answer.
How is candidate consent and call data handled?
CoRecruit publishes consent tooling, data redaction, and regional storage options, with encryption in transit and at rest. It also states that your firm retains ownership of its own data. Consent obligations still sit with your team, so agree the wording with consultants before capture starts.
