Ringover integration for Atlas
The Ringover integration for Atlas connects your cloud phone system to your candidate and client records. Recruiters dial straight from an Atlas profile, and the call logs itself against that person automatically. Call recordings and transcripts flow into Atlas Memory. What was said on the call stays on the record, and the AI agents can read it. Nothing has to be written up afterward.

What Ringover does
Ringover is a cloud phone system. It runs calling, messaging and call routing from one platform. Companies use it across sales, support and recruitment.
The company puts AI at the center of the product. Empower, its conversation intelligence layer, analyzes calls and structures what comes out of them. AIRO, its AI voice agent, handles routine call handling and can coach reps in real time. Business numbers activate in a few clicks, and call routing is configured in the same place.
What changes in your day
A consultant works down a shortlist on a Monday morning. Every number on the record is a link, and one click dials it. Nobody copies a mobile into a softphone in another tab. Nobody misdials a digit doing it either. The list moves at the speed the consultant reads it. The record stays on screen while the call runs.
The call ends and the write up is already done. Duration, direction, outcome and the recording attach to the record without anyone typing them. Consultants stop keeping a mental queue of calls to log later. That is the queue nobody quite clears before Friday. Activity on a desk stops depending on whether a recruiter remembered. The record is accurate because it was never written by hand.
Two weeks later, someone needs to know what the candidate said about notice. The recording and the transcript are on the record. The answer is a search rather than a memory test. Atlas Memory holds what was said on the call. The AI agents read it the way they read everything else on the profile. A conversation stops being something only one person heard.
Managers get the same picture without asking for it. Call activity per consultant sits in Atlas dashboards, next to the rest of the desk numbers. A one to one starts from what happened on the phone. Nobody exports anything from the phone system to get there. The numbers are already in the room.
Accounts change hands. A consultant leaves, a desk gets split, or a client moves to someone with capacity. Whoever picks it up inherits every call ever made on that record. Who called, when, and what was said, all sitting on the candidate and client records. No handover document carries that, and nobody has ever written one that did.
How to turn it on
Two things are needed on your side. An active Ringover account for the consultants who will be dialing, and admin rights in Atlas. Ringover sits under Phone and Message in the Atlas integrations directory. To have it enabled on your workspace, speak to the Atlas support team. They can also confirm what it will mean for the numbers already sitting in your database. Worth having your Ringover admin on that call.
WhatsApp and Aircall are covered the same way on their own pages, if either is already on the desk.
Ringover FAQ
Does the Ringover integration log calls automatically in Atlas?
Yes. Calls made through Ringover from an Atlas record are logged against that candidate or client without anyone writing them up. The log lands on the record as the call ends. Consultants are not keeping a list of calls to enter later.
Can recruiters dial candidates directly from an Atlas record?
They can. Numbers on a candidate or client profile are click to dial, so the call starts from the record itself. There is no copying a number between tabs, and the record stays open while the call runs.
Where do Ringover call recordings and transcripts end up?
In Atlas Memory, attached to the person the call was with. Both the recording and the transcript sit on the record. The AI agents can use what was said the same way they use the rest of the profile.
Can managers see call activity per consultant?
Yes. Call activity by consultant appears in Atlas dashboards alongside the other numbers on the desk. Reviews and one to ones run from the same place as the rest of the reporting. Nothing needs exporting out of the phone system.
Do we still need a Ringover subscription?
Yes. Ringover remains the phone system and Atlas is the record it writes to. You keep your Ringover account and numbers, and the integration connects the two so dialing and logging happen inside Atlas. For anything commercial, a demo is the quickest route to an answer.
What happens to call history when a consultant leaves the desk?
It stays on the candidate and client records rather than in one person's call log. Whoever picks up the account sees who called, when, and what was said. A handover becomes a matter of reading the record.
