OneUp Sales integration for Atlas

The OneUp Sales integration is not available yet. When it lands, Atlas activity and billing data will feed OneUp Sales leaderboards, competitions and reports. Until then, agencies running both tools will report on performance from each system separately. The connections available today are listed on the Atlas integrations page. This page will be updated when the OneUp Sales connection is ready.

What OneUp Sales does

OneUp Sales is performance tracking and gamification software for sales and recruitment teams. It unifies CRM, phone system and timesheet data into one real-time view. That view drives office TV screens, dashboards and leaderboards across the floor. Managers can schedule recurring reports by email or Microsoft Teams. The numbers reach the people who need them without anyone building a deck. Agencies and sales teams use it today. Most use it to make desk performance visible to the whole floor rather than to one reporting line.

What the OneUp Sales integration will do

A team leader glances at the screen at the end of the floor. Once the integration lands, that board will pull straight from Atlas activity data. Nobody will need to update a spreadsheet by hand to keep it honest.

Competitions on calls, meetings, CVs sent and placements will run from the same feed. A consultant will watch their own number move while the work is still in front of them. No manager will have to export anything to start a competition or settle one.

Reviewing consultant KPIs will stop starting with a report build. Activity and billing data from Atlas will land in OneUp Sales. The reporting there will slice it by desk, team or period. The Monday morning hour spent assembling last week will go back to coaching.

Recognition will not have to wait for month end either. A placement made on Thursday afternoon will register on the board that afternoon. The desk that watched it happen will see it. Performance the floor can see is harder to argue with than a figure circulated three weeks later.

Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook are covered the same way on their own pages, if either is already on the desk.
