Talin integration for Atlas
The Talin integration with Atlas is a two way sync. Candidates Talin sources land in Atlas with verified email and phone already attached. They are matched against records you already hold rather than duplicated. Every email, InMail, connection request and SMS Talin sends writes back as a note on the candidate. So does every reply.

What Talin does
Talin is a sourcing and multi channel outreach platform built for full desk agency recruiters. From one job description it returns a ranked shortlist, scored out of 100 with the evidence behind each score shown. It drafts every step of the sequence in your voice, across email, InMail, connection requests and SMS. Follow ups keep running until someone replies, and replies land in one inbox. The same engine runs in reverse for business development. There, the pitch is your most placeable candidate, sent to hiring authorities. It sits with the other tools on the Atlas integrations page.
What changes in your day
A consultant picks up a new search on Monday and the sourced list is already sitting in Atlas. Names, verified email addresses and mobile numbers, all on the record before anyone opens a browser tab. Nobody hunts for a personal email or pastes a number in from a spreadsheet. The contact details arrive attached to the candidate.
Later that week the same candidate replies to an InMail while the consultant is on another call. The reply is on the Atlas record by the time they come off it. Every touch before it is there too: the first email, the connection request, the SMS. None of it was typed by a person.
Recruiters who live in the ATS can stay there. Campaign status is visible on the Atlas record. Someone covering a colleague's desk can see where a candidate sits in a sequence. They never open Talin to find out. That matters most when a client calls about a search belonging to a colleague who is out for the week.
Sourcing turns up someone you placed two years ago more often than anyone admits. Talin matches on identifiers Atlas already holds. The candidate updates the existing record rather than arriving as a second one. Every agency database holds the same person twice, and neither copy has the current phone number.
Not every team wants every touch on the record. Each trigger has its own switch. An ops lead can log sourced candidates and replies, and leave connection requests out of the note history. The controls get set once and then left alone.
BD runs through the same workspace. A prospect campaign pitching your most placeable candidate syncs to the Atlas CRM side. Candidate campaigns sync to the ATS side. One workspace feeds both halves of the desk. The warm desk stops keeping its own record of who has been pitched what.
How to turn it on
Switching the connection on takes a Talin account and admin rights in Atlas. On the Talin side that is the workspace you already run campaigns from. On the Atlas side it is an admin who can authorize the connection. There is no self serve walkthrough yet, so the quickest route is to ask us to enable it. Customer support will connect the two accounts. They will also confirm which sync triggers you want running from day one.
Anyone comparing more than one tool will find Vente AI and Pin written up the same way.
Talin FAQ
Does the Talin integration sync both ways?
Yes. Candidates Talin sources land in Atlas with verified email and phone attached. Outreach activity travels the other way, writing back onto the candidate record as notes. Neither direction needs anyone copying information between two systems.
Will sourced candidates create duplicate records in Atlas?
No. Talin matches sourced candidates against identifiers Atlas already holds. Where there is a match, the existing record is updated rather than duplicated. A new record appears only when the person is new to your database.
Which outreach channels write back to the Atlas record?
Email, InMail, connection requests and SMS all write back as notes on the candidate in Atlas. Replies write back too, so the full thread of a sequence sits on the record. Nobody has to log a touch by hand.
Can we control what syncs and when?
Each sync trigger has its own switch. You decide which events reach Atlas and which stay in Talin. A team can log sourced candidates and replies while leaving connection requests out.
Do BD prospect campaigns sync as well as candidate campaigns?
Both sync from one Talin workspace. Candidate campaigns write to the ATS side of Atlas and prospect campaigns write to the CRM side. A full desk consultant working BD and delivery keeps both in one place.
Do recruiters have to work inside Talin?
No. Campaign status is visible on the Atlas record. A recruiter who works entirely in the ATS can stay there. The sourcing and sequencing run in the background, and the Atlas record stays current.
