Building a Scalable, High-Touch Agency with the Right Tech from Day One

When Angelica founded Novify, she knew what she didn’t want: clunky, outdated systems that made scaling harder, not easier. With over a decade of experience in both agency and in-house talent, she’d seen how legacy CRMs and ATSs could slow teams down and compromise the candidate experience.
