11. Google API 

Atlas uses Google’s Application Programming Interface (API) Services to enable the user authorization feature for accessing the platform. (i.e. use of your Gmail account to log in).

In addition, we use the API use of Gmail mailbox access for the purpose of creating Candidate Profiles.
Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Service User Data Policy, including the Limited Use Requirements.
 
Information Collection and Use
 
Mailbox Data Access: Atlas requests permission to access your mailbox data. This access is used exclusively to capture contacts with whom you have recently interacted and corresponding email conversations. Our objective is to organize these contacts in a user-friendly manner, facilitating your recruitment activities.
 
Data Enrichment: We enrich the contact information obtained from your mailbox using People Data Labs, an industry-leading and secure service. For more details about how People Data Labs handles data, please visit People Data Labs Privacy Policy.
 
Use of Enriched Data:
 
The enriched contact information is utilized in your recruitment projects. This approach aims to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of your recruitment process.

12. Use of AI

Many of Atlas’s features require the extensive use of AI. We utilise Open AI’s models that are accessed through their API (terms of use here). Therefore your data is not used to train Open AI’s models, nor do we use your data to train our own.

To provide some of our features, we provide the following data to Open AI (through the API):

  • People who have sent you emails in the last six months – we use this to populate the candidate/client database
  • Email content – we use this to allow you to ask queries across that data (in the form of Candidate GPT). We also use this to extract job intent as well as other pertinent data (salaries, notice periods etc)

This data forms part of a one-off prompt and not as part of a broader model.
