Is this interview AI tool GDPR compliant?
Yes. We use Open AI's API which do not share the data, nor train their models on the data.
Do I need to ask for permission to record an interview?
While you don't need permission to record anything for internal use, you do need permission if you plan on sharing those recordings outside your company. We'd always recommend that you inform partners of your intention to record by adjusting the calendar invite or putting this information in your email siganture.
What if the candidate doesn't want their interview to be recorded
If you don't invite the Atlas bot to an event, it won't record. Alternatively, you can simply delete the recording from the platform
How much time will interview AI save?
You will never have to write interview notes again and any candidate report you write will take you significantly less time. Expect to see 20% of your week freed up!
